We're thrilled you're considering joining us for Methodist Summer Fellowship 2026, happening from Sunday, August 2nd to Friday, August 7th, 2026, at the Hayes Conference Centre. We're planning a fantastic week of fellowship, learning, and fun, and we'd love for you to be a part of it.

 

Our "Pay as Much as You Can Afford" Approach

At Methodist Summer Fellowship, we're committed to making MSF 2026 accessible to everyone. Our "pay as much as you can afford" approach is designed to support this, ensuring that everyone who wishes to join us can do so. We've carefully considered our pricing to allow for different circumstances and have given them names to reflect our shared community spirit. Your honesty about what you can afford helps us manage resources effectively and ensures we can create the best possible experience for all.

 

MSF 2026 Costs

Adult Prices

• Community Contribution: £643 This price covers the at-cost expense of an adult place. By choosing this level, you are directly helping to make MSF possible for everyone and ensuring we can cover the core costs of the event.

• Supported Place: Suggested contribution of £300. We understand that the full cost can be a challenge for some. For those who need a little support, we offer a Supported Place. A contribution of around £300 would be incredibly helpful in covering some of the costs, but please know that any amount you can comfortably contribute is genuinely welcome and appreciated. Our aim is to ensure everyone who wants to attend can.

• Enabling Contribution: Suggested contribution of £800 For those who are able to contribute a little more and help others attend, our Enabling Contribution is a wonderful way to support the MSF community. By contributing around £800, you not only cover your own costs but also significantly help to subsidise places for those who need support. Your generosity strengthens our community and allows us to welcome new members to the MSF family.

Children's Prices

• Ages 5-17: The first child in this age group is £299. Additional children in this age group are £199 each.

• Ages 2-4: Children aged 2-4 are £149.

• Under 2s: Children under 2 years old are FREE!

BOOK YOUR PLACE FOR MSF 2026

Important Payment Information:

• Securing your place: After filling out the form, we ask that you pay a non-refundable deposit of £100 for each attendee aged 5 and above or set up a regular payment straight away.

• Full Payment Due: The full balance for your place will be required by July 1st, 2026.

Considering a Regular Payment?

Setting up a regular monthly payment is an incredibly helpful way to secure your place and support MSF 2026. It allows you to spread the cost over time, makes budgeting easier, and provides us with vital financial stability as we plan.

If you'd like to set up a regular payment, you can do so with your bank using the following details:

• Reference: Please make sure you add your full name

Crucially, make sure you fill out the booking form if you have set up your regular payment. This helps us keep accurate records and confirm your booking.

If you are not setting up a regular payment: Please use the above bank details to pay your non-refundable deposit of £100 per person to secure your place.
